At Mid Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains our cancellation and refund terms so you know what to expect before booking with us.


1. General Cancellation Rules

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at info@midholidays.in or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation charges depend on the package, airline, hotel, transport provider, and time of cancellation.

  • Some bookings may be non-refundable due to vendor restrictions.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Before 30 days of departure: Up to 80% refund (after deducting service fees and vendor charges).

  • 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund.

  • 7–14 days before departure: Up to 25% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
    (These are standard guidelines; specific packages may have different rules.)


3. Cancellation by Mid Holidays

  • In rare cases, Mid Holidays may cancel a trip due to operational issues, low bookings, safety concerns, or events beyond our control.

  • Customers will be offered:

    1. A full refund, OR

    2. An alternative package of equal value.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days of cancellation approval.

  • Delays may occur if third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, payment gateways) take longer to process refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and government permits.

  • Flight/train tickets once issued (subject to airline rules).

  • Last-minute hotel or transport bookings.


6. Partial Refunds

If only part of a package is used (e.g., hotel stay cut short, unused activities), refunds will be subject to vendor approval and may not be guaranteed.


7. Force Majeure Events

No refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
