At Mid Holidays, we specialize in delivering unforgettable travel experiences through our carefully designed tour packages. Since we do not sell physical goods, all bookings and related documents are delivered digitally.

1. Mode of Delivery

All booking confirmations, e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and detailed itineraries will be sent via email to the registered email address.
For added convenience, we may also share the same through WhatsApp or SMS.

2. Delivery Timelines

Instant Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation within 24–48 working hours.
Flight Tickets & Hotel Bookings: Sent via email within a few hours of confirmation, depending on airline/hotel response time.
Customized Tour Packages: Full itineraries and vouchers may take 2–3 business days to process.

3. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping charges for tour packages, as all documents are delivered electronically.

4. Physical Documents (If Requested)

On special request, we can provide printed copies of itineraries, hotel vouchers, and confirmations.
Delivery within India: 5–7 business days via courier. Courier charges apply and will be borne by the customer.

6. Important Notes

Travel documents will be issued only after full payment confirmation.
Mid Holidays will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
